Payment methods

1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Only online orders with home delivery can be paid using cash on delivery. This payment method allows you to pay for your order at the time of delivery.

2. Payment by Bank Transfer (Payment Order)
Any order (with home delivery or pickup from our location) can be paid by bank transfer. Payment via payment order is made based on the proforma invoice issued by Welkins (order confirmation email). This proforma invoice can be paid at a bank branch or through an online Home Banking system. The goods will be delivered after the payment is confirmed.

3. Online Card Payment via Mobilpay
Any order (with home delivery or pickup from our location) can be paid online by card via Mobilpay. You can safely make online payments using your personal or company card. Accepted cards are those issued under the VISA (Classic and Electron) and MASTERCARD (including Maestro) brands.

No additional commission is charged for transactions. To ensure transaction security, Welkins uses Mobilpay.

To complete the transaction correctly, you must provide the card number (all digits from the four groups on the front of the card, without spaces), the expiration date, and the last three digits on the back of the card printed on the signature strip (depending on the card, these may be missing). Regardless of the currency in your account, transactions are processed in RON, using your bank’s exchange rate. Card data processing is done exclusively on Mobilpay servers. Welkins does not request or store any details related to your card.
