Delivery

Standard deliveries are made within the following timeframes:

• in Bucharest: 1–3 business days, Monday – Saturday**, between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• nationwide: 2–5 business days, Monday – Friday, between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The above timeframes are indicative, as communicated by the courier. Under no circumstances is Welkins liable for delays caused during delivery.

In case of delay, the Buyer may refuse the products. Delivery is made to the nearest point accessible by a delivery vehicle relative to the delivery address:

1. at the entrance of the building/yard;
2. at the street entrance (if there are access restrictions in the area).

Products are NOT delivered inside the building where you reside. Delivery times for in-stock products are those mentioned above. These are referred to as “standard” delivery times in the online order. For products available “on demand,” delivery times will be established separately.

All prices do not include VAT.

** Saturday deliveries are made upon customer request and depending on the workload of the transport fleet.

*** The card payment option is advantageous for those who want faster order processing, as the order is processed immediately after payment. Additionally, if you choose to pick up the products from a Welkins store and they are not in stock (thus needing to be ordered from the supplier), paying by card helps you avoid making two trips to the store (one for payment and one for pickup).
