Under no circumstances is Welkins liable for delays caused during delivery.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"419\" data-end=\"576\">In case of delay, the Buyer may refuse the products. Delivery is made to the nearest point accessible by a delivery vehicle relative to the delivery address:<\/p>\n<ol data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"695\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1lo197t\" data-start=\"577\" data-end=\"619\">at the entrance of the building\/yard;<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1dgmaqt\" data-start=\"620\" data-end=\"695\">at the street entrance (if there are access restrictions in the area).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p data-start=\"697\" data-end=\"984\">Products are <strong data-start=\"710\" data-end=\"717\">NOT<\/strong> delivered inside the building where you reside. Delivery times for in-stock products are those mentioned above. These are referred to as \u201cstandard\u201d delivery times in the online order.
